Difficult Questions
Christianity is a religion grounded in reality, and as such it addresses some of the very real, difficult issues we encounter every day like evil, pain, and suffering.  It also addresses the "BIG" questions we all have - "Who am I?",  "Why am I here?", and "Where am I going?".

While God has revealed the answers to life's most vital questions in His message to us - the Bible -  that isn't to say that we aren't still left with some difficult questions which the Bible doesn't give us direct answers to.  Its also not to say that we won't sometimes struggle with the answers God has given us.

In this section we attempt to address the most common "difficult questions" directed at the Christian faith.  (Interestingly, most of the questions frequently asked today are the same ones which have been asked throughout 2000 years of Christian history - even going back to Biblical times.)  Where God has revealed answers in the Bible, we will direct you to His Word.  Where God has not directly spoken, we will not speak authoritatively, although when appropriate we will still do our best to address the question accurately and honestly.

Is Jesus the only way?
Why do Christians insist that Jesus is the only way to heaven? Isn't it bigoted and narrow-minded to say that only Christians know the truth? Aren't all faiths equally valid, as long as people are sincere?
If God is all-loving, why does He send people to hell just because they don't happen to believe in Jesus?
What about people who haven't even heard of Jesus?
Am I good enough for God?
I'm basically a pretty good person - at least I try my best.  Isn't that enough?
Why does God allow innocent people to suffer?
If God is good and holy, why does he tolerate evil?  Doesn't this show that He isn't all-powerful as Christians say?
How do you know you can trust the Bible? Isn't it full of errors and myths?
Why are there so many different churches?
It seems hard to take the Bible seriously when even Christians can't agree on what it teaches. So, how do I know which church to trust in interpreting the Bible?
Doesn't science contradict the Biblical account of Creation?
It seems like you have to be ignorant to believe stories in the Bible that were written long before science enlightened us with facts about our origins.
Do Christians lead more successful lives than other people? I've heard some churches claim that becoming a Christian will make your life better, but I know some Christians who don't seem any better off than me.
If becoming a Christian might actually make my life MORE difficult, why would I want to even consider becoming one?
